I forgot my password / can't log in. What do I do?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the app's login screen to reset your password via your registered email. If you no longer have access to that email or still can't sign in, contact us at support@redladder.com or submit a ticket via our Contact Us form.

How do I submit a maintenance request or ticket?

Open the Red Ladder app, go to the Tickets/Maintenance section, and tap "New Request." Fill in the issue details, unit/location, and attach photos if needed, then submit. You'll receive status updates as your ticket is assigned and resolved.

Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Ensure notifications are enabled for the Red Ladder app in your device Settings, and that you are signed in with a stable internet connection. If notifications still aren't arriving, try signing out and back in, or contact support so we can check your device registration.

How do I update my profile or contact details?

Go to the Profile/Account tab within the app to update your name, phone number, and other details. Some fields (such as unit or tenancy information) may be managed by your property administrator and can be changed by contacting our support team.

How do I delete my account or my data?

To request account or data deletion, email support@redladder.com from your registered email address, or submit a request via our Contact Us form with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
