Account Deletion
Request deletion of your account and personal data.
You can request deletion of your RED LADDER SHOWROOM account here — even if you have uninstalled the app. Enter the email address or mobile number registered with your account and we will send a verification code to your registered email to confirm the request.
What will be deleted
- Your login and access to the mobile app (your account is deactivated and you can no longer sign in).
- Active push-notification devices and app sessions are disabled.
- Your link to any rented unit is removed.
What is retained
For legal, tax and regulatory reasons — including e-invoicing (ZATCA) obligations in Saudi Arabia — records such as issued invoices and completed service/maintenance history are retained for the period required by law. These are kept only for compliance.
